Hannah is the Office Manager and H&S Representative for Hadland Care Group and holds a Level 3 Business & Administration, working towards Level 3 Customer Service.
Hannah supports with a number of different tasks within the admin department such as all communication for colleagues and customers via mail chimp and mail merge, creating relevant surveys and send accordingly. Hannah also organises a number of things within her job role such as documents and storage on the S drive and archiving for the company, organising the company awards night, admin training days, conferences and events. Responsible for ensuring that reception is covered and all customer-facing administrators have the required training and support. Oversees and manages H&S grid checks and performance scorecards for the accounts department. Hannah places all Amazon, Consortium and adhock orders within head office and leases with various departments and companies to ensure the best value for money. Hannah is also working on making the office more sustainable and minimise waste.
